We are debunking that myth because you can torch calories just as fast with a high-intensity, low-impact workout like the ones provided at Board30. Regardless of your age and fitness level, our low-impact workout is designed to focus on all major body parts without the excess tensions of weights- that is why we focus on resistance band training! 

In recent years, low-impact classes have gained popularity and for good reason. Utilizing slower, controlled movements subjects your joints to less stress while still getting a one of a kind fitness result. At Board30 Arvada, our unique equipment, paired with resistance bands, creates a workout that is high energy, low-impact, focuses on mind-body, and incorporates HIIT style. Our classes are only 30 minutes, and include a mix of cardio, strength training, calisthenics, and stretching.
