Who doesn’t love a good jam session while working out? While we are right there with you! Music fuels our studio sessions and gives them life! We have been jamming out to some new workout jams and cannot wait to share them with you. Checkout our favorite workout playlist!


Rain On Me – Lady Gaga, Ariana Grande

This song has a great beat and features two amazing ladies. We love to go hard to the toughest parts of our routines to this jam.


What Love Got to Do with it – Kygo, Tina Turner

Who does love a little throw back? Throwback songs are a great way to build some last-minute steam at the end of a workout. The nostalgia gives us a second wind and pumps up our endorphins. We love this new twist!


What a Man Gotta Do – Jonas Brothers

We absolutely love how upbeat this song is. The Jonas Brothers did a great job not only writing a love song but an all-out jam. This a great song to move to in any sense.



March, March – The Chicks

The Chicks nailed it with this slow jam. A great warm up or cool down song, this song packs a punch. It gives us all the feels and makes us want to give it our all.




Levitating – Dua Lipa ft. Madonna & Missy Elliott

This song gives us all the perfect 80s vibes with the best of our favorite ladies. It has a great beat for any part of your workout to keep you moving.



Mamacita – Black Eyed Peas, Ozuna, J. Rey Soul

We love the reggaeton vibes of this song. It has a great upbeat vibe and leaves us wanting more. They hit it out of the park with this one!



Kings and Queens – Ava Max

We have been rocking this one for a while. It is the ultimate anthem for women everywhere. It’s the perfect song to give you that feeling of power and strength.


I Love Me – Demi Lovato

Another great uplifting song, Demi does a great job reminding us to love ourselves. This a great song to start off your workout to remind yourself you are doing it for you!


Freedom – Kygo, Zak Abel

Who doesn’t need a little freedom right now? This song has a great beat behind a slow tune, and we love it. It’s perfect for wind downs. It reminds us all the freedom working out and being healthy gives us.



Smile – Katy Perry

Smiling is the best way to spend any day. This song puts a smile on our face during even the hardest workouts! We know you’ll love it too.
